The Lakeside Key HOA will be hosting a Board Meeting on TUESDAY, MAY 30, 2023.

The meeting will be held at the Dunkin Donuts Conference Room, located at 9901 Pines Boulevard, Pembroke Pines FL, 33024 at 7:00 PM.

    • Landscaping Front Entrance - Update

    • Board Inquiry into Tree Trimming Projection Completion and Expenditures

    • Progress on Parking Lot lighting and electrical requirements from FP&L

    • Courtesy Parking Lot Sealing

    • Neighborhood Trespass Agreement

    • Expenditure for signage required by the Neighborhood Trespass Agreement

    • Discussion on registration of vehicles using the Guest Parking Lots

  • Homeowner Comments/ Discussion
