Lakeside Key Wishes you a Happy New Year!

The Lakeside Key HOA wishes our community a happy holiday and happy new year. You may have noticed our holiday lights, but there is so much more to look forward to in 2022!

Trash Update

Beginning January 2, 2022, all residential trash and recycling materials collected from single family residences by Waste Pro will be sent to the Wheelabrator South Broward Waste-to Energy facility located on SR7/441 where it will be converted into electricity by incineration. The City of Pembroke Pines is requiring residents to co-mingle both waste and recycling in the existing green garbage carts. Although, Waste Pro will no longer be collecting waste and/or recycling from the blue carts, the City is requesting residents to keep their blue recycling carts for the time being as there may be a Broward County recycling facility coming soon.

Please help us to continue to improve our neighborhood by letting us know what things need to change. Fill out the contact form here.

Can’t wait to see you in the new year!

New Development Signs

You may have noticed new signs around the neighborhood. In an effort to keep our development safe, clean, and uncluttered, we have installed all new signs around the parking lots and the playground. The signs are primarily to educate and enforce the guidelines surrounding the Playground, Trespassing, Guest Parking Lot Rules, and Neighborhood Watch.

New & Improved Front Entrance Updates

Over the past few months, the HOA has been working to improve the look and feel of our neighborhood. One of the biggest and most noticeable updates was to the front entrance signage. Updates include removing paneling, repainting, and updating the landscaping. Below please see before, during and after shots of the renovations.
